Getting to NYC

New York City has three different airports that you may choose to fly into. We recommend flying into LaGuardia or John F. Kennedy Airport for the quickest transportation to the hotels and events in downtown Brooklyn. If you choose to fly into LaGuardia airport, there are minimal public transit options available. We recommend taking an Uber/Lyft to your lodging or the Q70 bus to the F/R trains (if you are staying in downtown Brooklyn). If you fly into JFK, you can take the AirTrain and connect to the A/C trains (if you are staying in downtown Brooklyn or Manhattan) or the J train. If you fly into Newark Liberty Airport in New Jersey, you can take AirTrain to link with New Jersey Transit which will connect you to Manhattan at Penn Station. From there you can take the A/C/E or 1/2/3 trains.

Getting to the Prospect Park Boathouse

We recommend taking public transit to get to the Boathouse. You can take the B, Q, or S trains to the Prospect Park subway station. From there, it is an easy five-minute walk through Prospect Park to reach the Boathouse. If you choose to take an Uber or Lyft, you can go to the intersection of Ocean Avenue and Lincoln Road and then walk from the park entrance to the Boathouse.
